COOKIE POLICY.
One functional flag, cookieless analytics always, Google Analytics only with your consent, zero ad tracking. Still a short list.
1. WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember state between visits. Related mechanisms — such as browser local storage — serve similar purposes. This policy covers both for the website forgenix.ai, operated by Forgenix FZ-LLC.
2. WHAT WE ACTUALLY USE
The short list. We run no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies — no ad pixels, no retargeting tags. Analytics cookies exist only with your explicit consent.

2.2 ANALYTICS
Two tools, two different rules:
Umami (umami.is, cloud edition) — always on. It is cookieless: no cookies, no persistent identifiers. It reports aggregated page views, referrer domains and clicks on our own buttons, without profiling individuals.
Google Analytics 4 — loads only if you click ACCEPT in the cookie notice. If you choose ESSENTIAL ONLY, it never loads and sets nothing. When accepted, it sets the following cookies. Advertising features, ad personalization and cross-site signals are disabled on our property.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Google Analytics — only after your consent; data is processed by Google LLC under its own privacy policy. You can withdraw consent at any time (Section 4).
- Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces from Google's servers; your browser sends a standard request (including IP address) to fetch them. No cookies are set by this request.
- Scheduling — booking a call opens our scheduling provider in a new tab, where that provider's own cookie policy applies.
- Telegram / WhatsApp — contacting us via messengers is subject to those platforms' policies.
4. MANAGING COOKIES
You can view, block and delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking functional storage may cause the cookie notice to reappear on each visit; nothing else on the Site depends on it.
Change your mind: RESET COOKIE CHOICE ▸ — clears your stored choice and shows the notice again. Choosing ESSENTIAL ONLY after having accepted stops Google Analytics on your next page view; you can also delete the _ga cookies in your browser.
5. DO NOT TRACK
There is no settled industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, and the Site does not respond to them — largely because there is nothing tracking you here to switch off.
6. CHANGES
If our use of cookies changes, this page changes first, with an updated date above.
