PRIVACY POLICY.

1. WHO WE ARE

Forgenix FZ-LLC ("Forgenix", "we", "our", "us") is an AI development & consultancy company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. We operate the website forgenix.ai (the "Site") and provide AI diagnostics, AI agent development, automation, software development, training and related professional services (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site and our communication channels, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Professional engagements are additionally governed by individual service agreements and NDAs, which take precedence for client project data.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

2.1 INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name and role, when you email us, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, or book a call.
• Communication content — the content of your messages, emails and calls with us, including attachments.
• Engagement data — business and technical information you share during a Free AI Readiness Scan, audit or project. This data is covered by confidentiality terms (NDA by default) and the applicable service agreement.

2.2 INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

• Usage data — pages visited, referring page, approximate time on page.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, screen class, and approximate location (country/city level) inferred from IP address.
• Local preferences — a browser flag remembering your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy for details.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set only if you accept them in the cookie notice; declining keeps the Site fully functional. Our always-on analytics (Umami) is cookieless.

2.3 INFORMATION FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Scheduling — if you book a call, our scheduling provider shares the booking details you enter (name, email, chosen time).
• Messengers — if you contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp, those platforms process your messages under their own privacy policies.

3. WHAT WE DON'T DO

• We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on the Site — no ad pixels, no retargeting.
• Client data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. This is a standing engagement principle, restated in every service agreement.
• Our free tools (AI Readiness Score, Routine Cost Calculator, Lead Response Analyzer) run in your browser and do not require signup or send us your inputs.

4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To respond and deliver — answering inquiries, running scans and audits, providing the Services.
• To improve the Site — understanding, in aggregate, which pages help visitors and which don't.
• To protect and comply — security monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and lawful requests.
• To keep records — invoicing, accounting and other obligations of a UAE-registered company.

We send marketing communications only if you have asked for them, and every such message includes a way to opt out.

5. LEGAL BASES

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where it applies to visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR. Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering Services you requested), legitimate interests (site operation, security, improving our offering), consent (where you have given it — you may withdraw it at any time), and legal obligation.

6. SHARING

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, scheduling, email and analytics (Umami — cookieless, always on; Google Analytics — only with your consent) — under data protection terms, and only what they need to perform their function. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Forgenix, our clients or the public. Aggregated, anonymized data that identifies no one may be used in research or publications.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our providers may process data outside the UAE. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on safeguards recognized by the PDPL and GDPR, such as contractual data protection clauses and providers' adequacy mechanisms.

8. RETENTION

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the relationship, and financial records for the periods UAE law requires. Project data is retained per the applicable service agreement and returned or deleted at handover on request. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time (Section 10).

9. SECURITY

Data in transit to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Internally we follow least-privilege access — the same standard we apply on client systems. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, but confidentiality is the default in everything we run: NDA first, minimal access, audit trails on engagements.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law (PDPL; GDPR/UK GDPR where relevant), you may request:

• Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — fixing inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — removal of your personal data, subject to legal retention duties.
• Objection / restriction — limiting or objecting to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Portability — your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise any right, email hello@forgenix.ai with your name and the request. We verify identity before acting and aim to respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

11. CHILDREN

The Site and Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site links to external websites and platforms (including Telegram, WhatsApp and our scheduling provider). Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies before providing personal information.

13. CHANGES

We may update this Policy as our practices or the law change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
