TERMS OF SERVICE.
The rules for using this site and its free tools. Client engagements run on signed agreements — these Terms cover everything before the signature.
1. AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website forgenix.ai (the "Site"), including its free tools, operated by Forgenix FZ-LLC ("Forgenix", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Professional services — audits, agent development, automation, software development, training and retainers — are provided under separate written service agreements and statements of work. Where these Terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
2. WHAT THE SITE PROVIDES
The Site describes our Services, publishes research-based content, and offers free browser-based tools: the AI Readiness Score, the Routine Cost Calculator and the Lead Response Analyzer. The Site's contact channels let you request a Free AI Readiness Scan — a 30-minute diagnostic call.
3. FREE TOOLS — ESTIMATES, NOT QUOTES
The free tools produce benchmark-based estimates built on published industry research. They are provided for orientation only. They are not a quotation, a guarantee of results, or financial, legal or investment advice. Actual outcomes depend on your processes, data and implementation — that is what an audit is for.
4. RESEARCH FIGURES AND THIRD-PARTY SOURCES
Statistics on the Site are paraphrased from published research — including the Stanford Digital Economy Lab's Enterprise AI Playbook (2026), MIT NANDA (2025) and other cited studies — with sources attributed where the figures appear. They describe documented industry deployments, not Forgenix client results, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Citation of a source does not imply that source's affiliation with or endorsement of Forgenix.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach or probe security, no transmitting malware, no scraping at disruptive volumes, no misrepresenting Forgenix content as your own, and no use of the Site to infringe third-party rights.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site's content, design, code, text and branding are owned by Forgenix or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell Site content without prior written consent, except for brief quotations with attribution and a link. Ownership of project deliverables in client engagements is defined in the applicable service agreement — our standard position is full client ownership of code, credentials and accounts at handover.
7. NO WARRANTIES
The Site and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content is complete or current.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or tools. Liability arising from professional services is governed exclusively by the applicable service agreement.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgenix and its officers, employees and agents from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information exchanged in the course of inquiries and engagements is treated as confidential by default; engagements are covered by NDA as standard. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, unless a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.
12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be noted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
13. GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
